Are you stressed or overwhelmed with your life? I know how you feel! I've been working in Corporate America as a technology professional for over 25 years.
Ten years ago I was having panic attacks and trouble sleeping. I dreaded Sunday evenings and having to deal with the week ahead.
Yoga and meditation slowly helped me to find balance in my life and enjoy more moments in my day.
I want to help you feel more in control in your life and find more moments of joy.

One on one Sessions
Get the personalized one on one yoga session to fit your schedule and your needs. We can practice anything from yoga postures to breathwork. meditation or mindfulness.
We will have a 15 minute 'pre-meeting' before the session to discuss your desired outcomes of the practice.
In Person Group Classes
Join me in person live in a studio. Experience linking your breath to movement in a community setting

~ Saturday Afternoon 1:15pm
My Vinyasa Practice (online at home)
Every other Saturday morning 8am - 9am
