I’m a technology professional working in Corporate America. About 10 years ago I started having panic attacks, problems sleeping and was on edge most days. I dreaded Sunday evenings as I knew what I had to face for the next 5 days. My doctor recommended yoga to assist in managing stress. 

     After practicing for several months, I noticed I felt calmer and more grounded after yoga. Slowly, those effects lasted longer through out my day. 

     As much as I enjoy the physical practice of yoga and the ‘workout factor’, it’s more importantly about providing balance in my life. 

     I am far from where I want to be with my journey. Every breath, every practice gets me one step closer to finding my inner peace.
