SOL Yoga: This dynamic yoga class takes you through a flow of guided poses, encouraging growth and exploration in your practice while synchronizing your breath with traditional yoga movements.
Fridays 8 am to 9am
ARORA Gentle Yoga: This class incorporates breath work, mindful movement, yoga postures, guided relaxation and meditation to improve flexibility, mobility, and muscular endurance.
Saturdays 1:15pm to 2:15pm
My Vinyasa Practice (Online Studio)
Vinyasa Yoga: A creative form of yoga where poses are linked together with the breath in a flowing sequence. Suitable for all levels of yoga practitioners.
